The right meetings in your community will no longer need chance.

They are already there, somewhere among your members. Majordome is the relational AI that makes them happen, at the right moment, with a real reason to talk.

When was the last meeting that changed your trajectory?

01 / The problem

The directory is dead. Nobody buried.

Dozens of high-quality members, a mountain of information, a lot of noise. And in the end, very few real meetings.

Directories all end the same way: a frozen list nobody opens. Or worse, a hunting ground for impatient salespeople.

You scroll, you hit “next”, and you never contact anyone.

« A single good relationship can accelerate a life or a company more than 500 business cards. »

— David Bonhomme, La Forge

02 / The promise

Majordome does not give you a list. It introduces you to someone.

A relational AI designed for communities. It understands who your members are, beyond the job title: their trajectory, the season they are in, what they are really looking for. And it proposes meetings that make people want to write, to reply, to dare.

01Proactive engine

The weekly introduction.

Each week, Majordome introduces everyone to someone complementary: a peer, a mentor, a potential co-founder, someone living through the same season. Every time, with the context that makes a meeting feel worth it, and the intention behind the introduction.

The system comes to you.

02On-demand engine

In-depth search.

A coach, a co-founder, an investor, a domain expert: when a member has a precise need, they describe it in plain language. Majordome queries the community and introduces the right people, filtered by location, sector, experience and values.

No more “next, next”.

03 / How it works

Five steps. No identity is exposed without mutual consent.

Put yourself in one of your members' shoes: this is what they live, from the first request to the meeting, away from scraping and cold outreach.

  1. You look

Describe your need or your intention.

In natural language, without ticking thirty boxes. Majordome understands what you are looking for.

  2. Majordome proposes

Three anonymous cards, with useful context.

Real substance: path, intention, stage of life, with no name and no contact details.

  3. You ask to be introduced

If a card speaks to you, you send a request.

You choose. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf.

  4. The other person decides

They discover who you are, and why you want to meet.

Then they accept or decline, with no need to explain.

  5. Identities are revealed

    Only after mutual consent.

At that moment, and only then, the introduction becomes a real meeting.

  6. You are never fully exposed. You decide who sees what, when, and why.

You should talk.

A member of your community closed her first round eighteen months ago. She said she was willing to help on this.

Why now?

You are preparing a round right now. She has been through it, in your sector, and agreed to talk about it. You could ask her about choosing investors.

The introduction happens only if you both agree.

After the introduction, you choose how to continue the conversation.

04 / Discretion

Not a promise. A property of the system.

Your members never “share” their data. They give instructions to the majordome: “this is what you may say about me, and to whom.” The data never leaves the majordome: each person sets their discretion, relationship by relationship, in the natural vocabulary of a house.

The Salon.

What the majordome says to anyone you have let in: your work, your city, what you are looking for.

Open

The Table.

What you share with those you invite: your passions, your projects, your family at the surface.

By invitation

The Confidence.

What you confide to people close to you: your convictions, your trials, your questions.

Close circle

The Jardin secret.

What the majordome knows but will never tell, to anyone. No instruction, no insistence can make it leave.

Sealed, by construction

05 / By construction

Rather than stacking rules, the architecture changed.

Every conversational product swears that its AI “respects your preferences”. A line in a prompt guarantees nothing. This is what the house guarantees, whatever the member decides.

An AI cannot betray what it never received.

This is not a line in a prompt: the database itself only lets each conversation read what that person authorised for it.

When in doubt, discretion wins.

Sensitive subjects — health, convictions, hardship — are born in Confidence by default. The system can only err in one direction: silence.

The app attests; the model does not recite.

People who are introduced are cards rendered by the application, never paragraphs recited from memory.

An honest majordome.

Asked about a member who has not been introduced to you, it neither confirms nor denies: being a member is already personal data.

06 / Who it's for

The majordome of your community.

Majordome becomes yours, in your image. Tone, codes, usage: everything adapts. And each member has a single account, so joining a new community never means starting over.

Alumni networks.

It keeps the bond between alumni alive and opens business and hiring opportunities, long after the class has left.

BNI · circles · professional associations

Business clubs.

It turns the dormant directory into a targeted introduction engine between members: the real reason to pay dues.

Founders · independents · scale-ups

Founder communities.

It breaks isolation, connects peers living through the same season, and creates useful camaraderie.

07 / Use cases

What your members will finally be able to do.

  • I am looking for an investor aligned with my vision and my stage of growth.
  • I am looking for people to meet, potential clients for what I offer.
  • I need a trusted provider: developer, designer, accountant…
  • I am looking for a coach to get through a specific bottleneck.
  • I am looking for a co-founder who shares my values.
  • I will be in Lyon next week. Who in the community could I meet?
  • I would like to talk with someone who has already been through what I am living today.

And because it all happens inside your community, trust is already there. You meet a member who shares the same values and the same commitment, not a stranger found online. Real meetings, in real life.

08 / The philosophy

Iron sharpens iron.

The communities of tomorrow will not win on content, but on the quality of the relationships they produce.

We progress through confrontation, inspiration, proximity, transmission. Majordome is built for exactly that.

A specific question?hello@majordome.app
How long to deploy Majordome in our community?

Count two weeks from the first conversation to the moment your first members receive introduction proposals. Onboarding, tone and codes are adapted to your community.

How does Majordome protect our members' profiles?

No identity is ever revealed without mutual consent from both people. Proposed cards are anonymous and contextualised. No scraping, no commercial export. Hosted in Europe, GDPR-native.

How is this different from a LinkedIn-like directory?

A directory remains a list to browse. Majordome makes the introductions: it arrives with an intention, a context, and the filter of a trusted community.

Can we adopt it in our own brand (white-label)?

Yes. Visual identity, tone of voice, name of the experience: everything can be adapted. Your members stay in your world, not ours.

What is the pricing model?

An onboarding fee to deploy Majordome in your community, then a subscription indexed on the number of active members. Nothing is billed per introduction.

From what community size?

From 80 active members: below that, introductions do not renew enough to stay relevant. There is no ceiling.
